Rowan overcame an early deficit en route to a 5-2 victory over Robert Morris to improve to 2-2-1 on the season. Robert Morris falls to 2-3-0.
Things started well for Robert Morris, when Sean Lawrence scored just 2:01 into the game on the power play.
The lead held until the closing moments of the first period when Joseph Coffin scored an unassisted tally to tie the game at one.
Rowan added tallies by Michael Wallace and Coffin - his second, to build a 3-1 lead heading into the final period.
The pace of play increased in the third, with Jesse Zahn blowing past the Rowan defense and tucking home the tally to pull Robert Morris within one.
Not even a minute late, Wallace had the answer for Rowan, scoring his second of the game after he was left alone in front on a 2-on-1 down low.
Wallace added a empty-net goal to complete the hat trick and scoring in a 5-2 victory for Rowan.
