Dragons Advance To 2nd in ECRHA Southern Conference

The Dragons Division II team went 3-1 this past weekend during a critical stage of the season where teams are vying for conference position in order to lock up the best playoff spot possible for the regional championships.  Drexel earned victories against West Chester (5-2), Millersville (6-2) and Temple (7-3). The only defeat came at the hands of the southern conference point leader Neumann college.  This weekend moved Drexel into 2nd place in the southern conference, tied for points with West Chester, but ahead holding the lead because of a head to head tie breaker.  The Dragons lead the series against the Rams 2-0.
